Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas says his side’s poor Premier League form does not “change their perspective” of the Champions League, ahead of their tie with Bayer Leverkusen.
Villas-Boas says the club will have “an extremely good opportunity” to qualify for the knockout stages should they beat Leverkusen on Wednesday, but that two draws should ensure progress.
The former Porto boss insists the squad still has belief even though they are 12 points adrift of Premier League leaders Manchester City after last weekend’s loss to Liverpool.
