LyvInn, a new European hotel brand, has inaugurated its first property in Frankfurt, the prominent commercial hub of Germany. Founded by Navneet Bali, former CEO and chairman of Meininger Hotels, LyvInn Hotels presents a distinctive “hybrid” concept that combines flexible accommodations, co-working spaces, and social areas to cater to both short and extended stays. Situated in the heart of Frankfurt, near the financial district and the Messe Frankfurt trade fair venue, the 164-room LyvInn hotel underwent significant refurbishment after previously operating as a Meininger property. Bali described LyvInn as a remarkable hybrid hotel, offering a vibrant atmosphere for young individuals to stay, work, play, and connect in dynamic “start-up” cities.
