The properties have recently undergone significant refurbishment; each one now boasts a four-star rating, and a slew of new facilities, including high-tech meeting rooms and conference facilities. Particular developments include The Ellis Collection suites at the Oriel House Hotel, and the Oyster Lane Restaurant at Talbot Hotel Wexford, which has reopened after a €400,000 renovation. In addition, the hotels’ gyms have been rebranded as Talbot Fitness, each equipped with excellent facilities for both hotel guests and locals.
