Birmingham, Alabama – HP Hotels Management Inc., a third-party hotel management company, has been awarded the management contract for the 417-room full-service DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. The hotel, which also offers 24,189 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and event space, will receive significant upgrades over the next few years. Kerry Ranson, HP’s Chief Development Officer, made the announcement.
Located in the vibrant business and entertainment district and connected by a sky bridge to the Tulsa Cox Business Convention Center, the DoubleTree by Hilton sits one block from the BOK Center, a popular concerts and events venue, and offers a complimentary shuttle that runs to the airport and downtown offices.
“The energy in downtown Tulsa, being fueled in part by increasing convention business, is real,” said Ranson. “Our entire team is looking forward to being part of it all, working with the Tulsa community and positioning the DoubleTree as a hotel of choice in downtown.”
