Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli announced the appointment of Mr. Claude Rababy as the new General Manager, having 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The appointment aims at strengthening the management’s vision to enhance the Group’s repute in the sector, as well as plan its growth trajectory in tune with the changing times. During his career spanning between Arab and Western countries, Rababy worked on analyzing market patterns, which helped him enhancing the hotels’ performance and increase revenues and profit margins, in addition to working on the standards of the hotels and the implementation of a set of plans procedures in order to upgrade those facilities.
