Named VP Member Engagement Services
At American Hotel Lodging Association (AHLA) in Washington – DC, USA
The American Hotel Lodging Association (AHLA) today announced the appointment of Kiersten Pearce as Vice President of Member Engagement Services. In this new role, Pearce will use her wealth of travel and hospitality experience to ensure that AHLA continues to deliver a compelling value proposition model to the more than 26,000 members across all membership categories.
Reporting to AHLA Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President Kevin Carey, Pearce will focus on expanding the membership base and the revenue for the largest national association representing the U.S. lodging industry.
Pearce comes to AHLA with extensive experience within the hospitality industry. She is also a familiar face to many of our members through AHLA’s Consumer Innovation Forum (CIF), where Pearce most recently served as Director of Industry Relations at Kalibri Labs since 2014.
Prior to joining Kalibri Labs, Pearce worked at Qatar Airways, where she managed direct online sales and OTA relationships for the Americas, and at MICROS E-commerce (formerly TIG Global), where she maintained corporate relationships with hotel brands such as Hyatt Hotels Corporation and KSL Resorts. She holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Virginia Tech.
