A Croatian national, Zlatko Gersak has an extensive culinary background with more than 23 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. His last assignment was an Executive Sous-Chef in Al Ain Rotana where he was in charge of 55 culinary personnel and overlooking seven food beverage outlets. Over the years he has taken various positions with luxury cruise liner as well as 5-star brands such as Hilton, Le Meridien, Kempinski and recently Rotana properties.
